            I am a solo practitioner of a general law practice.  In my practice I have litigated and managed over two hundred and fifty cases in many different areas of law including, but not limited to insurance, transportation,  corporate, collection, estates, family, residential housing and construction, bankruptcy, criminal, immigration, employment, tax and wrongful termination law. 

            Primary duties include all aspects of litigation and case management, beginning with the initial consultation with the client, the drafting and filing of all pleadings, through the discovery and trial phase and to the ultimate closing of each matter.  I have additional expertise in the negotiation and sale of businesses, drafting and reviewing construction and other contracts, as well as negotiation of settlements.
