I am a solo practitioner of a general law practice. In my practice I have litigated and managed over two hundred and fifty cases in many different areas of law including, but not limited to insurance, transportation, corporate, collection, estates, family, residential housing and construction, bankruptcy, criminal, immigration, employment, tax and wrongful termination law.
Primary duties include all aspects of litigation and case management, beginning with the initial consultation with the client, the drafting and filing of all pleadings, through the discovery and trial phase and to the ultimate closing of each matter. I have additional expertise in the negotiation and sale of businesses, drafting and reviewing construction and other contracts, as well as negotiation of settlements. My expertise includes the advising business clients on choice of entity, and the tax implication of each, as well as collection matters. I am well versed in the preparation and filing liens. Resolution of landlord tenant matters. I have drafted and filed of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Petitions, which is helpful in collection and family law matters. My daughter's father and I have never been married and we have been apart since she was 1 year old. She is now 13 and she stays a few nights at my house per week and a few nights at his house. I just found out that her father is allowing her 15 year old boyfriend to spend the night with her. He says that they sleep on the couch but not in a bed. Is parking around the Towson Courthouse a laughing matter? It is today. On my way to the Circuit Court this morning I saw a meter enforcement agent walking his usual beat and writing his usual ticket. Then I saw one of the funniest things I have seen in a long time. The enforcement agent had his car parked about a half a block away, with his hazard lights on, in a "No Parking Zone", and I then saw a County Police Officer pull in behind him and write him a ticket.
