The Experiential Meditation mindset and method are based on the fact that in order to experience the truth of a event you have to have some length from it. For lesson, you can’t read a newspaper maintained against your eyes. A infinite in needed. This method gives you that infinite, that length or detachment .
Otherwise, you exclusively view with the personal half of your thinker instead of the whole thinker which includes the subconscious. Consequently you won’t see the whole picture. You lose precision, form gaffes, don’t operate to your potential — and don’t have a clue why !
This mindset begins you to experience life neutrally or objectively instead of privately. You suffer life just as it. Just as it presents itself. You keep your personal bias and opinions out of the witnessing and experiential process .
Practiced during moment-to-moment daily undertaking, Experiential Meditation is about knowing a event while being aware that you’re knowing it — at the same day. It’s like a spy watching a spy watching him. Or it’s like looking at yourself looking at yourself in the mirror! You’re as if formerly removed. Glancing at yourself in the third person .
You’re doing two things at once — exerting the two parts of your thinker at the same day, the intentional part and the subconscious place. It’s like fantasy while driving. You’re conscious of both the dreaming and the driving simultaneously. The intentional thinker is on an outer event while the subconscious is on an inner event .
This is not ” creative ” activity because the daydreaming — perhaps of an upcoming drive trip, is not relating to such driving. This is just random thinking cara menurunkan berat badan. It’s noisy or unchecked thinking of different kinds that happens many times during the day and acts no handy purpose .
In order for an action to be creative, the conscious and subconscious must be working on the same event at the same day. They must be connected. Be literally on the same wavelength. This is exactly what happens when you’re in the” experiential meditation” mindset .
You’re not only exerting both knowledge but are connecting one to the other. You’re retrieving the subconscious mind, the particularly source of all learning and creative capability .
This means that whatever you’re thinking, flavor and doing — if you’re aware you’re doing it and aware that you’re aware, you do it very much better. You thoughts better, feel right, ability better, do your work, pastimes and relationships better. “Better” wanting more insightful, smart and creative .
